Turn of the Century Hillside Hideaway
Extensive renovation and revitalization of a Turn-of-the-Century home utilizes restored fixtures including lighting, hardware, french doors, windows, and wood floors
Double hung wood windows were removed, completely restored & reglazed, and rehung to maintain the integrity of the home
Original wood floors were restored but maintain the character of 100 year old floors
Original shingle siding was restored with the addition of fiber cement lap siding
Restored vintage soaking tubs and period fixtures find protection in the bathrooms
Brick from the original fireplace was integrated into the entry patio
Custom copper range hood and copper hardware create a vintage look in the kitchen
In order to preserve the original structure, the house was lifted and a new hillside foundation system was installed
All of the mechanical systems were replaced to create an efficient space
Period charm and woodwork reside throughout the home
